Where the exceptions were
Version 7 checked Sep 28, 2026 5 exceptions resolved Version 8 due Oct 12
The readiness check of the Verrano Summit run of show, version 7, against the approved decisions, the room assignments and the supplier cues, so that session owners and the audio-visual supplier work from one released version. Prepared by the Sablewood show caller for the Verrano session owners and Pennywhistle Audio Visual. Summit dates: Thursday, November 12 and Friday, November 13, 2026, at Larchmere Conference Center.
The grid shows version 7 by part of the event (rows) and by check (columns). A number is an exception found before release. Day 1 sessions and Breakout rooms each had two, Day 2 sessions had one, and no exception was found in supplier cues.
Five exceptions by type
Two exceptions were session timings, two were content owners and one was a breakout room change. The donut shows the same five by type.
Exception list with owner and fix
Each exception is tied to an approved decision. Simone Vrabec resolved the five exceptions and approved the fixed version before it went to any supplier. The owner column names who enters each fix.
